御返事遅れすいませんでした．下記が、フェイキックIOLの適応とならない要因です。ポスナーシュロスマン症候群の原因は完全に解明されているわけではありませんが、ウイルス感染の再活性化による炎症の再燃で眼圧が一時的に上昇するというものです。治療により速やかに開放に向かいますが、そういった意味では、下記の

e.. Glaucoma or family history of glaucoma
i.. Recurrent or chronic iritis
に抵触する可能性があり、フェイキックIOL手術を少なくとも積極的に行ってもよいということにはならないでしょう。

Contra-indications:
a.. Endothelial cell counts less than 2000 cells/mm2
b.. Anterior Chamber depth less than 3.2 mm
c.. Cylinder > -2.0 D
d.. Acute inflammation
e.. Glaucoma or family history of glaucoma
f.. IOP > 21 mm Hg.
g.. Retinal detachment or family history of retinal detachment
h.. Any form of cataract.
i.. Recurrent or chronic iritis
j.. Chronic or recurrent uveitis
k.. Pre-existing macular degeneration, retinopathy
l.. Bulging or convex iris shape iris
m.. Scotopic pupil size > 6.5
n.. Abnormal cornea
o.. Iris atrophy
p.. Diabetes
q.. No useful vision in fellow eye
r.. Surgical difficulty at the time of surgery which might increase the potential for complication
s.. Patients under 18 years of age
t.. Pregnant or nursing patients
